Form Maker Pro : Cannot access submission page, 404 error

When viewing submissions of form:

timeout and get 404 error

https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=submissions_fm

totally cannot access the submissions

my website usually get around 8k-20k submissions per each form

I now have around 100+ forms old and new

did the DB query timeout due to the number of rows of the table?
