    i had version 2.19.14. it said i had to update. when i
    did i now have version 2.10. when i go to this account it says latest
    version is 2.10.2. when i download that it will fail to install. what
    is going on and why is supposedly new version a lower number then what
    i had?

    Please note, that Form Maker did not have a version, the number of which was 2.19.14. Was your Form Maker customized?

    As for the new version failing to install, could you please post the error message which appears after you try? If it is related to the size of the installation package, you can upload it through FTP.

    1. Connect to your website server using an FTP client software, e.g. FileZilla.
    2. Open the directory containing the files of your WordPress site and navigate to /wp-content/plugins folder.
    3. Unzip the plugin installation folder and upload /form-maker to /wp-content/plugins directory, without modifying files.
    4. Login to administrative panel of your WordPress site and go to Plugins page.
    5. Find Form Maker and click Activate button.
