Form maker pro / add ons

    I’m looking for a plugin which can manage my user accounts. That’s why a think about to purchase form maker pro + add ons but not sure if it meets all my requirements. That’s why I want to know,

    (1) can users register with double-opt-in included common social site logins and newsletter subscription with Mailshimp?
    (2) update user profile included unsubscribe as user and/or from a mailing list?
    (3) forgot or change password function?
    (4) any email subscription included unsubscribe function?
