Form Maker – simply works!

I have no coding or other experience, but using Form Maker I was able to create the exact form I needed very easily and quickly.

I wanted to add an extra element to my form, and needed to ask for some help from Form Maker support. My first email was answered within 2 hours, and my second request was answered within a few minutes! And problem solved.
