Form Maker won’t activate

    Using Web-dorado plugin manager. Installed Form maker on a new site and cannot get it to activate. 10 web refuses to respond to support emails sent a week ago. (Developer account).

    I upgraded Form Maker and activated it on the site but my word press environment says that I am still using the basic free version. How do I get my updated version in my environment?
