    Dear jchiu495,

We have support for MySQL mapping. You can use it to insert the data of each field into another table. Please check out the possibilities from our User Guide for Form Maker or check out Form Options>MySQL mapping feature. Thank you.

How can we insert multiple selection into a table?

I have about 30 check boxes. I need to insert into a database.

    Please advise.

    Dear jchiu495,

We do not have an option of inserting the checkbox replies within separate tables. Each table is responsible for one field and thus the field replies cannot be separated. Thank you.

I also wanted to send different fields to different tables and it is possible. Just have to set up multiple mysql mapping queries for a particular form. Pretty easy. Very nice feature.
