I recently created a ninja form and love the look of it in the form builder. However, when I put it on my page, it completely changes its formatting and whole look. How can I make sure the form looks exactly like the one I’ve created through the builder.

    For instance:
    1. The icons aren’t showing up
    2. The text isn’t inside of its respective box
    3. The money fields aren’t fillable.
    etc.

Here is the link to the page so you can see what I mean: https://www.prs-seniorcare.com/application-request/

Also, the form only shows up on chrome, not internet explorer. How can I change this too??

    Hi,

Looking at your form, I’m not sure what is missing.

There aren’t any default icons for the display of your form; the icons in the builder are there to help you quickly determine what a field type is.

What do you mean that the text inside of its respective box?

I’m not sure what you mean by money fields.

I was able to load your form using Internet Explorer v11+. What version are you using to view it?
