I created this form recently, I have used it successfully, but the organization’s vice chairperson (Vito) did not see the form on his computer, only the page title, author block, and footer. We are both using Firefox, I am on a Mac, and he is on a PC. I have asked a friend to check on his PC (which he will do later tonight when back at home).

I have browsed this forum and not seen this specific question, though I did see other post about nonloading forms under conditions different from ours. I also read up on Ajax vs page reload (I am using Ajax for Behavior, which seemed to be the recommended method) and now understand the difference conceptually (reloading changed elements only vs. reloading the full page). I am not a developer by any means; together Vito and I looked at source code to see if we could find where the form loading did not happen, and there did not seem to be a difference between what I was seeing and what he was seeing.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @sallijane

I hope you are doing well and sorry to hear you are having this issue.

We tested on different browsers and computers and we couldn’t replicate the issue, could you check the browser console when you see the problem and see if you have any JavaScript errors? https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/

You can share a screenshot here by using any sharing tool such as Monosnap or Google drive.

Thanks, Patrick; I am copying your message to our vice-chairperson who had the issue. I did try it on the municipal PC (I am on a Mac) and it worked fine, so it may be that he has an older browser that is not supported.
Another member of our group asked if the comment field can show more than a single line; I have not checked your documentation yet, but if you have a quick tip to point me in the right direction, I’d appreciate it.
I’ll let you know what I hear from Vito.
    Thanks again!

    Hi @sallijane,

You can use the Textarea Field instead of “Input” field for the Comments Field. The Textarea will allow more lines.

Thanks, Nithin; that will solve the issue with being able to read more of one’s input. Much appreciated!

It turns out that my colleague had blocked JavaScript on his computer, that was probably the issue all along—thought I should add it here for folks who may be looking for solutions later.
