Form not being submitted or emailed once submitted

I recently purchased Form Maker to convert from another form app due to a severe hacking issue which, even with professional help, was unable to be completely corrected. After spending the time to duplicate my Client Intake Form and ran into technical problems. I included the “submit” button, but my tests did not appear to be going anywhere and I was not receiving any confirmation email.

I contacted the Support group here and sent them an email explaining my issue and giving them access to my WordPress site. Then I went to bed. In the morning I noticed that Gregory T had addressed my issue in the middle of the night and everything works beautifully! Your support was efficient and quick which is exactly what I needed to reduce my aggravation with my prior software issues.

Thank you Gregor T for your help. I will remember this as a positive experience.
