Form not build correctly

  • Hi,

    I’m new french user of your plugin contact form 7 Version 3.3.3.
    1 – I install your plugin. OK
    2 – I make a default contact form with my language. OK
    3 – I put the shortcode “[contact-form-7 id=”232″ title=”Essai”]” in my static page. OK
    4 – I see in the front-end of my blog KO

    I see my form that i make in the form part of back-end, that it’s OK :
    <p>Votre nom (obligatoire)
    [text* your-name] </p>

    <p>Votre email (obligatoire)
    [email* your-email] </p>

    <p>Sujet
    [text your-subject] </p>

    <p>Votre message
    [textarea your-message] </p>

    <p>[submit “Envoyer”]</p>

    But i see another form that i don’t make (a default form in english language) see picture join, that is wrong.

    I thinks that the plugin in the generation add this second form automaticaly and it’s a bug, or i not have the good settings for this plugin for my multisite

    Can you help me to fix this bug please.
