Form not delivering to inbox

  • My client’s website uses your plugin, but it’s not delivering email to her inbox as expected. it also does not display any error message though it does have one configured. It appears to have been working as recently as March 19, but I can’t figure out why it’s not delivering properly now. We added TXT records for SPF and DKIM a couple of f days ago and installed WP Mail SMTP and connected it to SendinBlue/Brevo yesterday. The WP Mail SMTP test emails are delivered as expected, but the website form submissions are still not delivered at all. Please help me get this working again!I

  • Ditto, experiencing the exact same issue. Working as of a few days ago, as of yesterday getting Mailer Daemon emails as not delivered. WP Mail SMTP sending test emails flawlessly. Please advise.

    Hi @vesica, @a495,

    If you configured WP Mail SMTP, and are receiving the Email Test from that plugin, then I’d recommend checking our?guide on how to troubleshoot notification emails in WPForms.

    As explained in that guide, please verify if:

    • All emails are spelled correctly, and multiple emails are separated by a comma.
    • You’re NOT using the same Send To Email Address and From Email address, as this can be flagged as spam or blocked from delivery in some email providers.
    • There is only ONE From Email.
    • The Optimize Email Sending option is NOT enabled.

    I had a number of support people working on this to help us and one of them just went above and beyong to figure this out, even though her plugin was not involved with the issue. She was able to determine that is was the OHWO Form Connector plugin that was the culprit. Sure enough, forms are submitted successfully when that plugin is deactivated. Just thought this might be helpful to you in the future.
