• I’m using this plugin on variation product. it was working perfectly when i installed it before, then it suddenly disappear and i dont know when it started since i dont paying attention.

for context i use custom storefront child theme and elementor. and most of my products are variable products. so the case is, some variables are in stock and some are out of stock. Ideally, the form should be displayed based on the variation that chosen.

i think this could be a solution:
using AJAX, when variation changed event, load the form. i’ve seen this technique used by other plugins too.

    Thanks for your support!

Hi there, thank you for reaching out! It’s possible that the issue occurs because the elements used in your custom template don’t fully support AdMail form hooks. Unfortunately, as AdMail is designed as a general-purpose plugin, we aren’t able to adapt it to specific custom templates.

That said, you can try using the form shortcode instead, which might work better with your setup.
