form not displaying

I have just visited the page in question and I can see Forminator’s registration form there, take a look at this screenshot, please:

Did you manage to sort the issue already by yourself or are you still not seeing the form? Note please that it’s a registration form so you might need to check the page as a visitor rather than a logged in user.
