Form not Displaying

I understand you’re not seeing the sign-up form on the individual posts, but it only shows on the Blog page.

Can you share a screenshot of how the Form Placement is set up? Also, can you provide a link to your site so we can check?

I also tried clicking the setting that says “display on all products/posts” but that didn’t help either.

Here is the link to the main Blog page: https://hoperi.church/blog/. When you click on any of the posts you can see the form is missing. Thank you for any help you can provide!

Looks like you have enabled the form only on Blog post page and the featured category posts (1). If you click on Display on all posts (2) option, you would be able to show the form on all pages.
