Form not loading

    Hello everyone,

    so on Chrome i can see the form and everyhing is functioning correctly, but on edge and firefox there is no form shown on the page.

    Second thing is: Is there a solution to save every request made in the form to the database? Or atleast a log?

    The form is not loading because there is an JavaScript error: “jQuery is not defined”. Maybe this is cause by the plugin “Speed Optimizer”, which combines and compresses JavaScript files. Try if it works when deactivating this plugin.

    To your second question: There is no logging of request.
