Form not loading style

    The forms I have created don’t seem to be fully loading the styles, which is resulting in transparent dropdown menus. It previously had an error saying it was because the site (which is still in a development environment) wasn’t using https. I’ve remedied that issue, installed our ssl and flushed the site cache, but the styling is still not showing up.

    Hi @amandaiman

    I hope you are doing well today.

    Based on site url it seems your site is hosted on FlyWheel. This issue is specific to the hosting settings on FlyWheel right now, so if you have other sites on FlyWheel having the same issue, then this is a fix:

    Go to Forminator -> Settings -> Data -> File Upload Storage section -> set Custom and place this path:
    /wp-content/uploads/forminator/ and save. This should help.

    I am continuing to have issues with the styling, especially resulting in transparent dropdown menus. I have updated the data settings, but frequently when I go back to check that field an extra / has been added to the end. When I input it without an ending / or when I input it with, I get the same results. This is also affecting multiple websites that we are using this form builder on, including https://theotkegroup.com/contact-us, which are all hosted on Flywheel. Is there anything else within the plugin that I should check?

    Hope this message finds you well and sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.

    The fix for this was already released on version 1.25. I could notice the CSS is adding the directory twice:

    https://theotkegroup.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-content/uploads/forminator/234270_54d7228980d46c6d31ec89402e7990ba/css/style-234270.css?ver=1692892299

    Could you remove the custom path from Forminator -> Settings -> Data -> File Upload Storage section? Kindly let us know if does work after that.
