    Hi there,

I can see that happening on that page as well. In inspecting the page I don’t see any obvious errors. Here’s a couple things to check for:

    1. Make sure you don’t have any plugins or settings that might be blocking the WordPress REST API. For example, the Members plugin has a setting that disables it completely.
    2. Make sure your form is Published, not a Draft.
    3. It’s possible you have a plugin conflict somewhere. We wrote a guide to help identify plugin conflicts on your website safely. See it here:
    https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/troubleshoot-wordpress-websites-health-check/

Try some of those things, and let me know with as much detail as you can what you learned and found out. We’ll get to the bottom of this together!

    Hi @adetutuijose,

The Classic and Multi-step form templates load through an iframe. I checked your form and the iframe is crashing due to an error coming from the MP3 player plugin.

You can see the error in the iframe URL: https://precipicedecisiontraining.com/give/support-our-podcast?giveDonationFormInIframe=1

I don’t know why the function is redeclared in the iframe but that’s something the plugin developer might be able to help you with.

In the meantime, you can switch your GiveWP form to use the Legacy template.

Yes, I am still having problems. I got my hosting company siteground.com to look at the security which they did and one other plugin that was not working right was fixed but Givewp is still not working right. I am at a loss on what to do. Siteground said if the plugin did not work after fixing security issues I should get back to you which is what I am doing now. Please help

    Hi @adetutuijose,

I still the same error on the form iframe: https://precipicedecisiontraining.com/give/support-our-podcast?giveDonationFormInIframe=1

Disable that MP3 plugin and it should work.
