Form not redirecting or showing confirmation

After form goes through (and there is an email confirmation to admin), the arrows keep spinning and doesn’t show any response. I’ve tried putting the [response] tag and using js to do a redirect however I do see this error hidden in the html Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0. The other forms on the site seem to be working as intended but this one doesn’t seem to be working not sure what it could be.
