Form Not Resetting After Submission

I’m using MailOptin on my WordPress website, and I’m encountering an issue with the form’s post-submission behavior. Currently, after a user successfully submits the form, they see a success message (“Thanks for subscribing!”). However, if the user refreshes the page, the form still shows the “Thanks for subscribing!”

I’d like the form to reset completely after a successful submission. This means upon form submission, the form should return to its default state with empty fields for name, email, etc., as if it hadn’t been submitted before.

I’ve searched the forums but haven’t found a solution specific to keeping the form reset after submission. Any suggestions or insights on how to achieve this behavior with MailOptin would be highly appreciated.
