Form not sending

Dear Mariano, have you enabled Ajax Submit from form options?

If yes, then for this option, please do not select redirect to the page/post for actions after submission. Here we have a bug which we’ll solve by the end of the next week.

So please either select Ajax Submit but for actions after submission select do nothing or custom message.

Or you can just disable ajax submit option until we’ll solve the bug.

because i still having the problem once they upload a attachament and fill the form and i am not receiving the form

Can you please enter form maker > submissions > select the form and see whether the form was submitted or not.

If the submission will be there, then the issue is with getting entries emailed and I’ll give you further instructions on how to solve that.

If form submission won’t be there, then please try to submit the form without attachments.

Please keep me updated with the results.

I am having the same issue. I looked under submissions and the forms are being submitted but the email never arrives. You said you have some more instructions on how to solve this?

Firstly please make sure the email is not filtered to spam or junk folder of your email account. You can also try one of the following workarounds:

1. Try using another email address for From Email and Email to Send Submissions To options.

2. Perhaps your hosting does not have Sendmail enabled, which is required for mailing functions to work. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check this.

3. Alternatively, you can use an SMTP plugin, which will most probably resolve the problem.

You can try this plugin for example: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-smtp/

Setting an external SMTP server, such as GMail should work. However, GMail requires authentication. Please find the necessary details for SMTP setup below.

Mailer: smtp

SMTP Authentication: yes

SMTP Security: SSL

SMTP Port: 465

SMTP Username: your gmail full address

SMTP Password: your gmail password

SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com

I was just checking your website and just a few minutes ago it was not secure ths could cause an issue with attachments. Now I see it is secure, can you please check now?

But I am not receiving the attachments and our website have a SSL
So is secure

But if yo submit a form with no attachments, I will received the form but if you put Attachments I will not received neither the form fill,

So that is why I am thinking that is a bug
