• Hello,

We have the Salesforce plugin set up on https://www.handbgroup.com.au on multiple pages and so far it has been working fine.

An automatic update to 4.1.5 was performed yesterday and since then the forms do not reach Salesforce.

I have disabled plugins, confirmed its not theme etc, so just wondering if this is a known issue or if there is any support available.

Please note that the client requested we take down the forms and replace them with old CF7 forms, so not sure how much support can be done without them active on the site.

Tested and working fine in 4.2.2 (which has the same security patches as 4.1.5 applied, so it’s unlikely it related to the security patches).

I highly doubt it was the auto upgrade as it addressed 2 very specific bugs (removing a unrelated file and improving sql sanitization).

I can really only support the latest version of WordPress, especially with the multitude of versions released in the last month.

Upgrading to 4.2.2 may fix, or may not. It’s more likely another factor at play.

I’ve got the same issue. We upgraded the client from WordPress 3.74 to 4.1.5 and have since upgraded to 4.2.1 and there is no synchronization happening. We can see the data on the wordpress site but it never makes it to salesforce.

I am having the same problem. The form is not only not submitting data to salesforce, it’s not even sending the admin an email. Running 4.2.2 right now.

OK, can y’all make sure it’s WordPress and not a plugin? Because I tested it this morning on 4.2.2 and it emailed/sent to SF just fine…

    Standard troubleshooting procedure:

    1. Check for plugin conflicts:
Deactivate all possible plugins: Did that solve the problem?

If it did, it’s a plugin conflict:
Reactivate plugins one at a time until the problem returns. The last plugin activated is the culprit. Report back with that plugin name/link and I can troubleshoot the issue to determine if there’s a fix.

    If not:

    2. Check for theme conflicts:
With all plugins disabled, switch to a bundled theme (2011, 2012, 2013, 2014). Did that solve the problem?

If it did, your theme is causing the issue. Talk to the theme vendor directly or request premium support to have me troubleshoot the issue with your theme.

If not, it’s an issue with your hosting:
Talk to your host or request premium support to have me troubleshoot the issue with your server.

Well after exploring around we found that checkbox for sending a message to the blog administrator that we unchecked so as not receive two emails per submission. We are receiving the emails that way now, but still no new leads to SF DB and no accompanying confirmation from SF. Also we tried the form with no other plugins active and on the wp 2015 theme, still no dice. Thank you.

2 emails per submission? Where is the other email coming from?

Do you have debug mode enabled (see the FAQ)? The issue could be at SalesForce…?
