• We are not receiving submission to our form to our email. We have the email set up with the same url name. The Hosting provider that the client is using a windows IIS server has locked the site to read on write only and he wont allow us to have execute on any of the folders. Could this be the problem why we are not receiving notifications when a form has been submitted? I want to pin point if this is an issue with the plugin, our settings or the hosting provider. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hello There!

We really appreciate you writing in.

    Apologies for the late response.

We would like to inform you that we have tested the plugin at our end and the email settings seems to be working fine.

Could you check if the email are being forwarded to spam?
You can try restoring the backend settings and set the emails again?

    Thank you!

    Hello,
After the last update of your plugin a few days ago, my forms also stopped sending even though the page reports “successfully submitted.”

    Hello There!

Could you check if the mails are being forwarded to the spam folder?
Have you try restoring the defaults and setting up the form again?

    Thank you!

Hello, yes actually first thing I did was uninstall, reinstall, and recreate a new form. Nothing is in the spam folders and I’ve tried setting it up to forward to a few emails. Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, and a work email. Still nothing.. ??

    Hello There!

We really appreciate you writing in.

Could you check a few thing?
Could you create go to Dashboard->Users->Add New and check Send the new user an email about their account and Add New user?
    Here is an image reference:https://prnt.sc/cvnssi

If you did not get any mail after doing this, this indicates there might be something wrong with your sites mail server and you need to contact your server.

    Hope this information was useful.

    Thank you!

Hello, I just tried creating a new user and I did successfully get the email confirmation within a few seconds. I would like to mention that my WordPress version doesn’t have the option in the screenshot you sent to “send the new user an email about their account” – instead it’s sent by default.
Instead the only option I have is to “add user without sending an email that requires their confirmation.” I don’t know if your screen shot is from an older version of WordPress – I’m on the most current one version 4.6.1 if that helps. Thank you for working on this.

    Hello,
I just wanted to update you that your last update a few days ago did not fix the issue. I’ve switched back to Contact Form 7 which does work. Thanks for trying to fix the issue -whatever it may have been.
