Form not sending submissions

  • I have a form on the following page:

    It was working just fine but now it doesn’t seem to be sending form submissions. I have a from email that uses the sites domain, and have tested that email by itself sending & receiving emails without a problem. When a user fills the form they receive a success message, and the form itself is captured in Contact & database. I tried contacting Hostgator but the person I have on chat doesn’t really seem to understand what I am telling them, they believe the problem lies with the plugin but I told them (many times) that a success message & form capture by contact 7 database usually means the plugin is working properly.

    Is there something going on here that I am missing?

    Your form says “Your message was sent successfully. Thanks.” btw.
    Check your “Spam” box

    I’m having exactly the same problem.
    FORM worked perfect, until 4.6.
    same message.

    What now?
    is there a downgrade facility?
    is Contact Form 7 working on it?
    or should WordPress solve this.

    hope someone has a solution soon, my customer is not happy …….

    Now, it’s working with test emails – like [email protected], that I just make up.

    So, maybe it’s ok?

    I found out about the issue I’m asking about when I got a call from a person
    who had been trying to contact me using the contact form on my website.

    I’m getting those tests now, so, I’ll let you know how this unfolds.

    I had to ask my provider to do this, they restarted the server ……. and it worked.

    other question: is it normal that I cannot change these things myself?
    I would rather change them my self .

    that depends on your hosting. You won’t be able to change core files via admin panel, by security reasons. But you’re able to do that if you have ftp/ssh access to server.

    Hi,

    I tried to not put inputs in my fields but there’s no message like “Failed to send your message. please try later or contact the administrator” or a message that is saying “You must fill the input fields”. The ajax-loader just keep ongoing.

    Hope for a solution to this.
