I have a couple of contact forms which are sending to an email address connected to the domain. However the form shows it sends but nothing arrives. If I use an email address not connected to the domain the email arrives. Got the hosting company to check the logs and spam filters but nothing, also the junk folder of course. I have seen this issue posted but not a solution to it other then changing the sending method to smtp. Any ideas? I have posted the header info just in case below but used *** on sensitive email addresses. Appreciate any advise on this.

However the form shows it sends but nothing arrives.

That confirms that CF7 is sending the email – so it is likely being rejected as spam somewhere.

Please supply all your input in the Form and Mail sections of the CF7 interface (add as code or include as link to screenshots).

Appreciate the help. The form looks a bit messey but its only html, I have used this before on lots of sites.

See If You Have Email Problems – most people that work carefully through this list of email sending issues are able to solve their particular problems.

Start with using the same email address in the To: and From: fields for the form – this can cause emails to be rejected as spam.

Hi Neil, I wish it was that, but I have tried that already. I suspect its something happening at the hosting company but they say that the emails are not hitting the server. Thanks for your time on this
