    hey, so the form I created is showing during the page creation process. but when visiting the page after publishing it nothing is showing there. please provide your support

    I hope you are doing good today.

    I cannot see any kind of errors in the browser console and what I see in page source looks like <form tag is generated but the rest of the form is skipped.

    This issue could be a plugin conflict. Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Fromniator and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to a default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

    Before this test I recommend full site backup.
