Form not showing on homepage

I love the chimpy lite plug in – thanks for it! But I’m having issues with the form displaying on my homepage.
The form will display on my actual post – https://lifeloving.co.uk/lemon-chicken-courgetti-recipe/ but not when this post is displayed as the homepage post – https://lifeloving.co.uk/
Would you have any advice on how I can fix this please?
