    Hello,

    I have an issue regarding Forminator in combination with Divi. I added a two-step form to my page with the custom code module in Divi and at first, it wasn’t showing the form at all when I opened the page in an incognito tab. When I looked at it when I was logged in as an admin it worked just fine.

    Then I found a solution in the forum where somebody just added the custom css:

    #forminator-module-691 {
    display: block !important;
    }

    I did that with my module number as well and now it’s showing the fields where you can enter information but it is not showing the steps at the top and the ‘next’ and ‘back’ buttons that are supposed to be below the field.

    Can somebody help me with that maybe?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @olewaldinger,

    I’m afraid this seems more like a conflict rather than missing paginations or steps. I could notice there are JQuery errors on the page. Could we know whether the form loads fine if you try to add the form on a new page where there aren’t other customizations? If possible please do check whether it works fine inside Gutenberg editor too.

    If the issue is only specific to the mentioned page and loads fine in Gutenberg editor then could you please try running a conflict test and see whether it helps in ruling out what might be causing the issue?

    Please check the following flowchart for more info on how to run a conflict test:

    Please do let us know how that goes. Looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Hello Nithin,

    thank you for the quick reply. I actually was able to identify the problem when running the conflict test. The issue was the plugin ‘Siteground Optimizer’ and when I deactivated it the form was working perfectly fine on the page I intended to use it on.

    Thank you again and best regards
    Ole
