    I’ve been using Forminator for client websites for a while now and love it but this time the form is not showing up unless I’m logged into the site. Any idea what could be going wrong? Yes, I have tried going through and deactivating plugins including my cache plugin as I have seen from others that it could be an issue.

    Any help would be appreciated
    I’m using the latest WP install and a theme from themeforest

    Hi @thebirdbath

    I hope you are doing well today.

    For some reason form has this:

    style="display: none;"

    and that is why it does not display on the site.

    Did you try to:

    1. disable all plugins?
    2. disable mu-plugins if any exist?
    3. change theme?

    and see if that will give positive results.

    I cannot see any errors in the browser console, so there must be something on the site that makes this form have this style added.

    In the Behavior tab in edit mode of your form, you can see a feature called “Enable logged in submission only” but that feature simply hides full form from the code.

    Can you also enable “Load form using AJAX” and see if that helps?

    Kind Regards,
    Kris
