Form not shown for variable product

    The alert form is shown for simple products but not with variable products, where one or more variants is out of stock. It just says Out of Stock and the form is not shown.

    I have tested with different themes, including the standard WordPress themes from Automatic.

    Using WooCommerce 3.0.3.
