Form Not submitting

This is a follow up to my post in the “Submitted form email notifications are not working!” thread.

Upon further familiarization with the plugin, I find that the submission count remains “0”, though I have submitted tests several times. As the Manager isn’t recognizing that I have submitted a form, it obviously will not send confirmation emails. After submitting, my specified redirect page comes up. So I’m puzzled – why isn’t my form really submitting, and how can I TS this?
