Form Not Submitting

    Hi,
    I Have implemented this form in a popup that opens after the user clicks on “Apply Now button”

    1. The Date selector is not working
    2. On Clicking “Submit” the button turns blue but nothing happens.

    Any insight to get to working is appreciated.

    Hi,
    Thanks for reply. No, it’s not fixed yet. The form opens in popup but the Date selector doesn’t work and upon submit, the button just temporarily turns blue but the form stays as it was. No form submission, no success message nothing.

    I can’t find any submitted form since 3 months ago

    Thanks in advance, if it works I would like to show appreciation by buying form email addon.
