Form not submitting after updating WordPress to 4.7.1

  • On submitting the form, the loader animation keeps turning but nothing happens. I guess this problem has started only after WordPress was updated to 4.7.1
    Since I am on GoDaddy Managed Hosting, I do not have a way to revert back to the older version of WordPress.
    I think the developer of Contact Form 7 has to check for any conflict with the updated wordpress files.

    Hi, this does not appear to be a conflict with a plugin. I have not added any new plugins to the setup. The only thing is, I upgraded to WordPress 4.7.1
    Will disable all plugins except CF7 and try again and report back to you.

    I have disabled all plugins except CF7 and retried submitting the form again, but the result is the same – loader animation keeps turning but nothing happens.
    I have checked and confirm that the details are entered into the Contact Form Advanced Database

    I am having the same problem and it isn’t anything I did…we have been accepting the consignment sales form for the last couple months at monthlyhorseauction.com and all of the sudden the spinning wheel issue arose. The forms are being submitted, added to the cf db, and emails are being delivered, but the wheel just spins forever.
