    My Happy Forms form, which is used with Sendinblue, works perfectly on desktop but when I try to submit the form from my iphone, the submit button clicks, turns a lighter blue and just hangs. It does not redirect to my “Success!” page and there is no record of those submissions in the dashboard. I am a Happy Forms Upgrade customer. Your assistance is appreciated.

    My colleague emailed through the support link on the Happy Forms page. I asked her and she said she hasn’t received anything and has nothing in her spam.

    At any rate, our problem on mobile seems to have resolved itself. Yesterday, nobody could submit the form. Today, everyone we have asked to try it is able to do so. I don’t know what would cause such an issue but I hope it doesn’t happen again.

    However, our other question, that we emailed support about, is regarding validation errors in the dashboard. What exactly does that mean? We have some but I haven’t been able to determine what is being validated and if it’s cause for concern. Just a simple question that I hope you can answer. Thank you.

    Could you please try emailing us from different account? Those email issues sound really strange and we would really like you to be able to use our email support.

    Anyways, to answer your question about ‘Validation errors’ – that shows the amount of times your forms showed errors related to validation. So for example if a user entered some random string into Email part (so not a valid email) and “This is not valid” message showed up, the counter will increase. It’s purely a statistic and it’s not indicating that there are errors of some kind in your forms or the way your forms work.

    Ahh okay, thank you. Good to know it’s nothing on our end. I have another question. I am trying to update Happy Forms Upgrade plugin and I keep getting this error:

    Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Do you know what this means or how I can complete the update?

    Would you mind double-checking that HappyForms is authorized for automatic updates in Register section on HappyForms → Settings screen?
