Form Not Submitting on Mobile

My Happy Forms form, works perfectly on desktop but when I try to submit the form from my phone, the submit button clicks, turns a lighter ash and just hangs. It does not redirect to my “Success!” page and there is no record of those submissions in the dashboard.
