Form not submitting to database

  • Hi guys,
    For some reason, it seems the plugin worked for a day or two once released to production, but no longer does so.
    It seems as though it’s not even writing to the ‘wp_contactformmaker_submits’ table so no doubt one reason why I’m not getting any of the emails.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is a major part of our business.

    Please go to the form page and press Submit button, then press F12, copy the error and send it to us, as well as the form page. We will check that out. Thanks.
