Form Not Submitting to MailerLite

I have added the BTEN to my newsletter section with a shortcode. I configured the plugin and setup an API key through mailerlite and it is pulling in my groups so I know the integration is passing data. When I try and subscribe to the form the wheel spins but it does not give an error nor a confirmation. I confirmed the subscription is not showing in mailerlite. I don’t know what more I can do to test this since everything seems to be configured correctly.
