    The form is not visible on phone and tablet also sometimes not visible on desktop

    Trust you are doing good and thank you for reaching out to us.

    I tested this at my end using an iPhone, a tablet (MediaPad 10), and a MacBook Air M2, but I couldn’t replicate the issue. I’ve confirmed that the form loads correctly on different browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

    Could you please check this using a private or incognito window on your end and let me know if you still experience the issue?

    Could you please provide details about the device and browser you’re using so that we can attempt to replicate the issue on our end?

    Hi,

    Actually, Even I am not able to replicate it now but somehow it eventually solved itself by yesterday evening. I also posted same issue on theme support they were able to replicate it and even I was able to do it day before yesterday and it was problem for few months now but, somehow it is not case now it’s working now let’s see. If it does happen again I will repost.
