Form not working

  • I’m using the FS Contact form on the site at https://cheaphomedesigns.com/new/book-order/

    I’ve used this form on other sites and it works fine, but this site, it just won’t work and I can’t fathom out why.

    It comes up with a strange error message after pressing submit.

    NOT FOUND
    The requested URL /new/book-order/_vti_bin/shtml.exe/order2.htm was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Can anyone tell me why it’s doing this please?
