form not working

    me too.
    plugin 4.0.30 on WP 4.0

    shortcode [si-contact-form form=’1′]

    till yesterday (nov 7) was OK. today all the FSCF that i have on my domain (milanclubcapri.it) do not works, means do not send mail to recipient nor to sender, even to return path adress.
    forms are:
    milanclubcapri.it/concorso
    milanclubcapri.it/contatti

    I have exactly the same FSCF on another domain of mine, on same hosting (mausoftware.it/concorso) and in this case works OK !
    What could it be ?!?

    Hi Terrainova,
    just sent on both your forms .
    received automatic response email from .eu
    not from .gr
    But did you solve the matter in the meantime ?

    Same issue! Im not receiving emails with the applicant information, any help?

    hi @maussoftware, thanks for your reply and sorry for my belated mine. I eventually went for another plugin in all the sites the contact form wasn’t working. Thanks again
