• Hi all

I have a form on my website that users complete and it e-mails me with their query. This has worked perfectly well until recently but now the forms are not reaching me.

I have checked the settings and unfortunately as this form was created a long time ago, I’ve forgotten how I did it! I can’t find where it states the e-mail address that the form gets sent to, once completed, so now nobody can contact me!

I hope this makes sense and if anybody can help, that would be great.

    Thank you.
    Louise

Side note: Moved to Fixing WordPress where it belongs.

Could you please stop posting topics where something isn’t working in Everything else WordPress? That’s not where these belong. ??

Apologies – I don’t post on here very often and don’t really find it that easy to navigate around and find the appropriate place…. I didn’t think it would be an issue.

    It’s all good.

Is this a Tablepress form? Your other topic was for that.

I have two posts altogether – one is regarding a form – as stated above – that isn’t sending me an e-mail when people complete and submit the form. It’s a NinjaForm – does that mean anything to you? My WP knowledge is limited! This form was created a few years ago and can’t remember exactly how I did it – that’s why I can’t correct what’s gone wrong.

The other submission I made was for a table that I added using an AddIn and wondered how I could change the width of a column as I can’t see any options. This one isn’t a deal breaker to be honest and at a push I could live with it, but I need the form to work.

    thank you.

The first question about Ninja Forms is not a WordPress question and should be directed here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/ninja-forms

The other question about an “AddIn” is that a plugin or something your theme has is not WordPress related either and should be directed to the theme or plugin Developer.

If you can log into the back end or your web site and there are no errors, WordPress is working fine. ALL OTHER PROBLEMS are caused by themes and plugins.

    Hi
Thank you for your response – I have re-directed my query to the link above so hope somebody can help me.

    Thanks again.
