I watched your video for creating forms on your plugin and thought I’d done everything correctly. But, when I tested my form it is not saving the information or emailing it to me. I have tested it on Opera, Edge, Firefox and Chrome as well as from my Iphone. No luck. I have a screen shot I can send you of my form fields completed. Thanks for your help.

In case there was no error but you still couldn’t receive data via email make sure that you have setup email notification.

If email notification is setup correctly then your mailbox might be blocking the emails thinking them as spam. To test this you can use this temp email service and use temporary email address as receiving address and then test the form.

Ok… so that was awesome. I was able to send the email to the temporary email address. But, the landing page still isn’t saving the email subscribers info on the plugin page. I select the tab and nothing is there. Is there anything I need to do to change that?

On your landing page you are using form builder widget its database submissions are only available in premium versions. In free version only the email subscribers data (from subscribe form widget) can be viewed and stored.
