Form not working

I imported it to my site and I noticed you set Custom colors for the Select and Message:

After changing the Color to another thank #FFFFFFF (white) it will display correctly:

It seems like we missed this ticket response, sorry about that.

I checked your video and it seems more specific to the Custom colors added to the form.

If I switch the “Colors” to “Use Default Colors” the form loads without any issue;

The select field, and the response success message all have font text configured to load in white color.

So it wouldn’t display since the background color is also white.

Could you please check and see whether changing the text color for “Select” & “Response Success” helps?
