Form not working after Contact form 7 update

    Please help me, thanks!
    I’ve just updated the plugin and now the form (that usually worked, until yesterday…) it’s not working anymore. WordPress is updated too.
    Before the update someone told me it was not possible to put any date from the form online and near the field of the date there was wrote “Invalid date supplied”
    So I went on the website and I noticed there was to update the plugin.
    I made the update
    I made the validation of the forms and the response was OK for all the forms.
    Now the form doesn’t work at all and the error is the following:
    “One or more fields have an error. Please check and try again.”

    BELOW THE FORM:

    I tested your code in my side and worked correctly. So, I tried to test the code in your live site, but the captcha is not displayed, it returns a 404 error (not found). Could you please try reinstalling Really Simple CAPTCHA?

    Hi @yordansoares thank you for your very kind reply. Well, I’ve reinstalled Really Simple CAPTCHA but the captcha is still not displayed on the live site (and on the “Edit Contact Form” still does not appear the form tag generator of the captcha.

    Hi @yordansoares thank you again for your help. I had to change the plugin with another that at the moment I’m finishing to set.
    I’m very sorry for this because “Contact form 7” was my first plugin, I use it from many years. But unfortunately my main goal is receive requests and the website was not receiving it anymore.
