Form not working at all!

On our CONTACT page (https://ranchodeloso.org/contact/), the form works fine. But on our JOIN page (https://ranchodeloso.org/join/), it does not; instead we get this error message: “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”
I tried duplicating the form, but that didn’t help. I don’t see anything in the code… what’s up?
