Form not working with all spam options

Hi,

I’m using maiLpoet 3 on https://www.seo-key.com website (with wpserveur hosting it). My form is not working, whatever spam option is selected :
– Built-in captcha (default) : it redirects to an empty page
– Google reCAPTCHA : it shows “Please check the CAPTCHA” but nothing appears
– Disable : it shows “Sorry, but we couldn’t connect to the MailPoet server. Please refresh the web page and try again”

Can you help me ?
