  • Have a look if they show in your form submissions?
    I have been having the same problem…
    Try switching off your Email spam filter in the control panel…
    >this was my problem… the wordpress Email viewed it as spam…

    Also,
    in form notifications set “From:” (fill in your own Email address)
    I made an Email address from the same URL and forwarded that to the one Email address I use all the time.

    Hello, I would very much like if the contact form was sent not only to me, but also an exact copy would be sent to the user that filled the form in. Is it possible? The notification function is probably doing something else, is it correct?

    Solator, that is possible. You can create multiple notifications.
