Hiya, I’m using this plugin on a multisite, and it’s working on all subsites except one for some reason… I can’t get the form to send any notification emails from this page: https://blueridgefarmsca.com/contact/ – I’ve tried changing the email addresses and i’ve tried disabling various other plugins in search of possible interference… no luck. And there doesn’t seem to be any error codes being thrown either, at least that I can see. Any ideas why just this particular site won’t send notifications when all the others on the same MU installation are working fine? Thanks in advance!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @sarahsas,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery.

To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely due to server configuration issues and/or strict email spam prevention settings that are wrongly detecting the notification emails as spam.

To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    I hope this helps ??

thanks @prashantrai, I tried both of your suggestions, neither of which worked, unfortunately. So I deactivated and uninstalled the plugin, then reinstalled it, and after experimenting with a few different settings combinations, it seems to be working on all sites within the multisite now. So I guess we can chalk it up to a faulty or wonky initial installation. Thanks for your help anyway.
