Form Now working with elementor popup

  • When i am creating a popup for mautic form with elementor popup builder.

    everything works fine for logged in users. but for logged out users the popup fails and we have th form below the footer. without even clicking on the popup button.

    Can you let me know what can be done here ?

    Tried clearing all cache and even removing caching plguins too.

    This is a strange behaviour for sure…

    Since you are using a shortcode, do you know if the popup is correctly rendered on the frontend side when the user is not logged ? Can you share the website address ?

    This is the URL, The test speed button at the bottom of the page will trigger the popup with mautic form inside it. Implemented multiple times.

    I checked the URL, there is no Mautic form in the footer (and I’m not logged in) when I open the page.

    Is the pop-in triggered when I click on the “Download Ebook” button ? Because I can see a Mautic Form when I click that button.
