    Hey @rotijoe,

Can you please create a new test page and add our form there and then share a link to it?

    Hi Harish

    https://gal-dem.com/test-newsletter/

The success message shows on this test page.
I don’t seem to get the signup email though.

There are 2 forms on that page. The form on the top is created fully with our plugin, and it seems to work, I don’t get a strange redirect.

The other form seems to be something that is added some other way, even though code form our form is pasted into it, it’s not created/served by our plugin or via our shortcode or it’s heavily edited by custom code in the theme. I recommend to replace that form with a shortcode to our plugin.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

    Hi Lap

    Thanks for your response.

I agree the the top form seems to work correctly. Unfortunately the data isn’t being sent to Mail Chimp, I can’t find any of my test sign-up emails in any audience.

The other form I have added in my theme file by copying and pasting the short-code, that is all, so I’m not sure while it is acting so strangely.

I’m happy to use the top form, but could you give me an insight into why it isn’t syncing with Mail Chimp? (It is logging in the Debug Log.)

    Hey @rotijoe,

Have you enabled “Double Opt-in” for the “Top Bar” form?

    Thread Starter rotijoe

    (@rotijoe)

    Yes
Both forms are generated from the same short-code.
The bottom one just have some extra CSS styling.

Under Mailchimp for WP > Other you can set the log to “log everything” and then test the top form. Does anything show up in the log?

The second form is really not our form, it has some elements of our form but it doesn’t have the <form … > tag from our plugin and is submitted to / via some other plugin.

Yes they are logging from the top form.
They are not showing in Mail Chimp lists.

    Hey @rotijoe,

I tested the form using my email “[email protected]”. I got an email from “MailChimp.com” for confirmation and I did all the steps. Please check your list and let me know if you find my email on your list.
