    Hi @angw97 ,

    Thank you for reaching out!

On checking your form, I can see WPForms AJAX submit error and a 403 Error, as you can see in this screenshot: https://a.supportally.com/i/YKYN2e.

These issues almost always stem from two possible reasons:

    1) A file permissions issue. If you contact your host and ask them to reset file permissions, this should start working properly.

    2) It seems the issue might be related to the security policies enforced on your server ( https://a.supportally.com/i/Xfim1l). Please review the settings of your security plugin, as it appears to be blocking the requests. Additionally, I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to check the WAF (Web Application Firewall) rules.

To resolve this issue, I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider. They should be able to help by resetting the file permissions and checking the firewall settings to ensure that the admin-ajax request is not being blocked. Your host will have the necessary tools and access to address these points effectively.

Hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thank you.

I just removed /wp-admin/ from the firewall blocking, can you test it now?

    Hi @angw97,

    Thanks for letting us know!

I was able to submit the two forms on your page. For your reference, I’ve created this screencast.

If the issue persists, please try accessing the forms again using an incognito window or after clearing your browser cache to rule out any caching issues.

Thanks, and please let me know if you need further assistance!

    Hi @angw97,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
